Arlington Heights, IL (March 12, 2013) — Professional Builder has expanded its reporting team with the addition of Mike Beirne as editor and Kyle Clapham as managing editor.
Beirne joins the SGC/SGC Horizon staff after a ten-year career as senior reporter for Brandweek magazine, where Beirne was a three-time Jesse H. Neal Award finalist. He holds a masters degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Beirne also served as owner-operator of a company that contracted residential and commercial masonry restoration projects.

Kyle Clapham joins Professional Builder as managing editor. Previously he served as an assistant editor for Scranton Gillette Communications. Clapham holds a masters degree in journalism from Northwestern University, with an emphasis in real estate reporting.
