Pro Remodeler Wins a Coveted Jesse H. Neal Journalism Award

Palatine, IL (May 5, 2022) — Pro Remodeler magazine, led by Director of Content Erika Mosse, has just won a prestigious Jesse H. Neal industry award. The award, in the category of Best Instructional Content, was for a ProTrade Craft Jobsite Know-How column, “Pattern Scribing and Tick-Sticking,” written by Sal Alfano, the brand’s executive editor. 

The Jesse H. Neal Awards are the most prestigious editorial honors in specialized journalism. Named after Jesse H. Neal, the first managing director of American Business Media, the awards were established in 1955 to recognize the best of the best in the business journalism industry and reward editorial excellence.

Pro Builder magazine, another SGC Horizon publication, was nominated for two Neal Awards for Best Single Issue and Best Art Direction for a Cover. All of these 2022 nominations and awards were in the category of Brand Revenue of $3,000,000 to $7,000,000.
